No Rent Scam operates a booking and payments platform for rental accommodation. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a licensed payment institution. The payout to the recipient is triggered 48 hours post-check-in, according to the terms agreed by both parties at the time the deal is created.

No Rent Scam is not a real estate agent, letting agency, or property broker. We do not list properties, arrange tenancies, verify property condition, or act as a party to any rental agreement. The rental agreement is solely between the tenant and the recipient.
