What to include
If you are writing about a deal, include the email address you signed in with and the move-in date. That is enough for us to find it.
If you are reporting a problem with a property and your 48-hour window is still open, use the "Report a problem" button on the deal page first — that is what actually stops the money. Then email us the detail.
How long we take
A reported problem is answered within 24 hours. Anything else, within two working days.
